Some say: hiking is like taking a detour to the starting point.
Well, we do walk around a lot.

This site gives you an overview of the hiking trails on the island. Enjoy!!

The trails change all the time. There are new trails, and sometimes older trails are not kept open.

There are over 40 hiking trails on Curaçao. You find information about most of the trails in the guide book of Uniek Curaçao and on the website of Carmabi and of Curaçao-Actief. The guide book, with maps of the trails, is for sale in local bookstores. But information on the trails is out of date. There is a promise of new maps, but we are still waiting. See our latest info on the page of each trail.





For information about hiking trails and guides hiking tours go to the websites of Curaçao-Actief, Uniek Curaçao and Carmabi .

More and more hiking trails, both hiking and biking, are being created; see Unike Curaçao, Carmabi and Curaçao-Actief.


There are also trails in the National Parks (Carmabi) and in Hófis. For information on city walks and guided (full moon) tours see local papers and our links at the left side of this page.
